I thought I had better start off with a Lighthouse photo as my first photo posting.  This is Castlepoint Lighthouse in New Zealand.  It was a rather blustery day when this photo was taken, though quite a bit of post editing was done to make the clouds more dramatic.  I also like the washed out colours that hint remove focus the viewer on the contrast of the image rather than the colour.
